Just a few hints before you get started. By clicking on the individual buttons to your left you will access our Catalogs. They are Archives, Library, Objects, and Photos. The catalog buttons can help narrow down your search, by only searching within that catalog. For example, if you only want to search for Photos, click the Photos button. Once you are there, you can narrow down the amount of records by following the “search tips” and then make an entry in the “Enter Photo Search Criteria Here” box. You can also browse the records within that catalog without making an entry.
If you are unsure where to look “Keyword Search” is a good place to start. If you are searching for a person use the “Advanced Search”. Whatever you select, it’s important to first review the “tips for searching” located on their page to familiarize yourself with our search engine. This will enhance your experience when searching through our catalog records.
Be sure to come back and visit us from time to time as our Online Catalogs are updated often.
